What is it exactly that drives us? Drives us to decisions, to conclusions, to overbearing emotional turmoil, to rational and irrational thoughts.... Does this help out mind deal with what life is throwing our way? we categorize, analyze, and work our way to the end of the process, be it in an instant or drawn out over years, and then disregard anything we may have learned through the process. Did it get muddled or did we just forget? Did we think we made the wrong choice? What is it about each person that makes a simple decision branch out into infinite outcomes based on reaction and environment... thoughts and desire. Is this all based on self-preservation? I'm sure everything can be drawn back to that at some point. What about humanities regard for others? Where does that fit into the grand scientific formula that is our drive for ourselves?
